Delegate Continental GTC plant Clairoix promised at the close, Xavier Mathieu has recently attacked the leaders unionists, calling them "scum" and accusing them of "consorting with the government." According to him, "Conti, who received 50,000 euros in compensation for dismissal would not have been as if they had entrusted their fate to the trade union confederation.
At the end of the conflict Continental Clairoix, you're taken to the governing bodies of unions including yours, the CGT, Bernard Thibault treating "scum". Why?
This is not an attack against the CGT. I have too much respect for all employees and delegates who are fighting like crazy during the conflict. Instead, I spoke on their behalf, and I can assure you that many people think like me, know that is not enough support. Besides, I do not blame Bernard Thibault not to come to the factories. What I criticized the direction that she refused to support us when we were summoned to court (for the destruction in the prefecture of the Oise). When asked for help, there are only parties political left who came and no trade union confederation. While in the seven convened, there were three elected CGT, two union members and two supporters. In other peasant confederations, it never abandons its members. The CGT has left its own delegates in the shit. Shame.
There is a divide between the directions of the confederations and the base?

I said at the time that various parties had supported us, I was ready to talk about the struggle of Conti. I did it for Workers' Struggle in June, I did the NPA, I will do on September 12th at the Festival of Humanity. If the Greens, the Socialist Party or PRG ask me, I will. But putting
back-to-back policy and trade unionists, it's bullshit. When Thibault calls for ban layoffs or increases in the minimum wage, this is not politics? Is Bove was not a trade unionist politician before? CGT criticizes it only if you are not the Communist Party, everyone knows. Thibault refused to go to the NPA, but it goes to the Feast of Huma. If it does not make policy, it has nothing to fuck. How can we tell if there is union, which does not have a policy? Unionism, it's politics or anything so I understand.
Are the meetings you have made during these months may result in coordination of struggles?
I do not know. As it is only the people who are in trouble calling for help, it does not succeed. It will move when the people who do not have problems that will help. In addition, I see that when we were in our struggle, we had other things to do than go to organize coordination with other boxes.
And I am not a professional in all that. Six months ago that, I did my three fishing parties a week, I was watching football on TV. I defended my buddies at the plant, but all these stories, it was beyond me.
Post-Continental, you see how?
I do not even know what I will become. I am trying to achieve today what my friends tell me for months: "You expose yourself too much." So maybe my biggest fight, it will not be challenged, but to find work. I hope I'm wrong, although I do not regret what happened. All that we lived during these six months, all these efforts and the human warmth, I do not know if people who criticize me can understand.
